Order and payment

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact customer services at https://www.gigiclozeau.fr/en/pages/contact  with your order number and the reason for cancellation.

If your order has already been shipped, we will no longer be able to cancel or modify it. You will need to return it to us. Upon receipt of your return, we will be able to exchange or refund you.

Once your order has been placed and processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with the details of your order. This email will include a tracking number and a link to our tracking page.

You can pay for your Gigi Clozeau purchases with a credit card (Visa, Mastercard or American Express) or Bancontact.

You can also pay by Apple Pay, Paypal or Klarna.

Payment by Paypal is available (cash or 4X without charge*) or 4 times by card with Klarna.

*Payment in 4 instalments free of charge is a service offered by PayPal (reserved for eligible customers) for orders between €30 and €2,000.






When you place your order, you can specify if you would like a gift wrap. To do so, indicate this in the 'add a note' field in your shopping basket.

When you place your order, you can choose to add a personal message. Write your message in the ‘add a note’ field and we'll print it on a gigi card.

If your order has not been dispatched, please send us an e-mail to https://www.gigiclozeau.fr/en/pages/contact (or call us at +33 (0)4 48 71 00 23) with your new address. We will update it and notify you by email that the change has been made. 

If your order has already been shipped, we will no longer be able to modify the delivery address. You will need to return it to us. On receipt of your return, we will be able to make an exchange or refund you.

Unfortunately, we cannot change your billing address once you have placed your order. You will need to request that your order be cancelled and then place it again, making sure to note down your new billing address.

Taxes are included in the price of the products. 

There are no additional customs charges for delivery to the UK.

Delivery

Delivery is free of charge in France in pick-up point. 

Our delivery times in France are usually 2 to 3 working days by Colissimo and 24/48 hours by DHL.

Lost parcels

You have not received your order when it is indicated as delivered, we invite you to contact us by email at https://www.gigiclozeau.fr/en/pages/contact or +33 (0)4 48 71 00 23 with your order number and all relevant details.


Damaged parcels

We understand the disappointment of receiving a damaged package. In this case, please contact our customer service department at https://www.gigiclozeau.fr/en/pages/contact or +33 (0)4 48 71 00 23 as soon as you receive your order. You can attach photos of the damaged items or package to your email. Also let us know if you have made any reservations or claims with the carrier, as specified in our General Terms and Conditions of Sale.

Returns, exchanges and refunds

Returns are free of charge for France only, within 14 days of receipt of order and limited to one return per order.

Returns are your responsibility. The label sent free of charge is without insurance, if you wish to choose the insurance option, you must use your own label purchased from your carrier. Your return package must be posted within this period. After this time, we cannot guarantee to accept and process your return.

"Custom" items orders are made exclusively for the customer, when placing the order the customer is informed that returns are not possible for custom products.


How to make a return

On the website in the section my account / my orders, click on return or exchange. For an exchange, fill in the Comment field specifying the jewel desired for the exchange: model, color, type of gold and size.

Returns are processed within fourteen (14) days of receipt of your order.

In the event of a return, the customer must return the products ordered, in their packaging and in perfect condition, to GIGI CLOZEAU, without undue delay and, at the latest, within fourteen (14) days following the day of communication of its decision to withdraw.

The Customer's liability may be engaged in the event of depreciation of the Products and the impossibility of resale in the state resulting in particular from abnormal and excessive handling, or return of the Product in packaging of insufficient quality to ensure its protection.

In any case, the Customer is invited to contact GIGI CLOZEAU at the contact details referred to in article 2 above for any questions and/or additional clarifications concerning the Products.

In the event of an exchange, the customer must return the products ordered, in their original packaging and in perfect condition.

The customer may be held liable in the event of deterioration of the products and the impossibility of reselling them in the same condition, in particular as a result of abnormal and excessive use, or if the products are returned in packaging of insufficient quality to ensure their protection.

You will be refunded within a maximum of 10 working days upon receipt of the return.

You will receive an e-mail confirming that your order has been received at the workshop, and a second e-mail once the refund has been processed.

Jewellery

Our jewels are designed by gigi Clozeau and handcrafted by our artisan jewelers in our workshop in the south of France.

We only use the finest materials: 18k gold, diamonds and premium resin.

Our jewels are delivered with their certificate of authenticity.

All our jewellery is hallmarked.

Gigi Clozeau jewelry is handmade in our workshops. A French manufacture that guarantees the level of excellence of this great jeweler. They should be handled with care and we recommend that you avoid any contact with chemical substances (perfume, lotion, cream).

Gigi Clozeau jewelry is guaranteed for 1 year from the date of purchase. The warranty covers a manufacturing defect due to poor workmanship.

Beyond one year, an estimate will be proposed to you.

Bracelets : 4 sizes available: 13 cm, 15 cm, 17 cm and 19 cm.

  • 13 cm is for babies and small children. It has a fastening ring at 12 cm. Suitable for babies and children up to 7 years old. Maximum wrist size 12cm.
  • 15 cm is most appropriate for children, but can also work for an adult XS wrist. It has a fastening ring at 14 cm.
  • 17 cm size (standard size) with a fastening ring at 16 cm is the most common: it is made to fit a thin to normal wrist. We advise you to wear your bracelet as fitted as possible.
  • 19 cm size with a fastening ring at 18 cm is made to fit a larger wrist. We advise you to wear your bracelet as fitted as possible.


Know your wrist size

Take a tape measure or piece of string and place it on a ruler. Add 1 cm to your measurement. This will give you the right size to order your bracelet.

For example: My wrist is 15 cm, then I add 1 cm, so I order the 17 cm bracelet, which has an adjustable ring at 16 cm.

We recommend wearing your bracelet as fitted as possible.


Necklaces : 6 sizes of necklaces are available depending on the model chosen:

  • 40cm with a 38 cm fastening ring, available only in the “Mini Gigi” collection.
  • 42 cm with a 40 cm fastening ring. Standard size.
  • 45 cm with a 43 cm fastening ring.
  • 50 cm with a 48 cm fastening ring.
  • 60 cm long necklace with a 58 cm fastening ring.
  • 86 cm long necklace with a 84 cm and a 82 cm fastening ring.

E-gift card

Our Gigi E-Gift Cards are virtual gift cards.

Choose the amount of your e-gift card. Once your order is placed, you will receive an email with instructions on how to proceed. You'll have the option to print it or send it directly to the recipient.

The e-gift cards are valid for 1 year from the date of purchase and can be used multiple times.

The e-gift cards are only valid on our website.

This product cannot be returned or exchanged.

It is not possible to add a personalized note to Gigi e-cards.

To place your order using our e-gift card, enter the code you received by e-mail when you placed your order in the "Discount Code or Gift Card" field. The amount will be automatically deducted from your basket.

The e-gift cards are valid for 1 year from the date of purchase and can be used multiple times.

The e-gift cards are only valid on our website.

Jewellery care and repair

Gigi Clozeau jewelry is guaranteed for 1 year from the date of purchase. The warranty covers a manufacturing defect (clasp, modification of the color of a resin bead, breakage of the chain). Beyond one year, an estimate will be proposed to you for its repair.

For jewelry purchased in store, you must contact your store.

For a jewel purchased on the site, you can send us an email at the following address https://www.gigiclozeau.fr/en/pages/contact mentioning your order number.

We advise you to avoid any contact with chemical substances (sunscreens, perfumes, lotions, etc.) which may alter its appearance. We also advise you to remove your jewelry during sports activities to avoid any pressure on the chain.

We do not offer a duty-free service for orders placed on our site.

To access your account, click on the user icon at the top right of the home page. Then enter the email address you used to place your order. You will receive a 6-digit code via email that will allow you to access your account. 

Newsletter

Subscribe to our newsletter and receive a surprise on your first order with the code you will receive by email. Cannot be combined with other promotional offers. If you do not enter the code in the promotional code field in your shopping basket, the offer will not be applied.
